摘　　要：职业资格证书制度对技能型人才培养具有重要影响,能为课程设置及改革提供依据,为技能型人才培养提供评价指标,为实践教学体系提供方向指导,为师资力量建设提供动力支持。阐述了技能型人才培养模式的构建思路,应完善技能型人才培养的课程体系,构建职业教育技能人才培养方案,搭建地方区域发展的产学研平台,建设"双师型"的师资团队,树立技能型人才培养的新观念,加强职业资格证书的宏观管理,以其令职业教育成为我国经济可持续发展的助推器。Vocational qualification certificate system has an important impact on the training of skilled talents. It can provide a basis for curriculum design and reform, provide an evaluation index for the training of skilled talents, provide direction guidance for the practical teaching system, and provide dynamic support for the construction of teachers. It expounds the construction idea of the training mode of skilled talents. It is necessary to perfect the curriculum system of skilled talents training, construct the training scheme of skilled talents in vocational education, build the platform of production, teaching and research for local regional development, build a “double-type” teaching team, set up a new concept of skilled talents training, and strengthen the macro-management of vocational qualification certificates.
