摘　　要：为了破除传统实验教学模式的弊端,培养符合食品卫生与营养专业要求的综合性人才,进行了开放性实验教学模式的探索。该文介绍了开放性实验教学模式的主要内容、主要优势、主要形式及其在食品卫生与营养学专业的应用,并针对具体实施过程中存在的问题提出了对策建议。In order to improve the disadvantages of the traditional experimental teaching mode and cultivate comprehensive talents who meet the professional requirements in food hygience and nutrition.The mode of open experiment was explored.This thesis presents the content of open experimental teaching mode、the advantages、feasible measures、the application in food hygiene and nutrition and the problems and the solutions in the implementation process.
