异丙托溴铵应用在支气管扩张伴阻塞性通气障碍患者治疗中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨异丙托溴铵应用在支气管扩张伴阻塞性通气障碍患者治疗中的价值。方法 2011年1月至2018年1月,随机选取本院收治的支气管扩张伴阻塞性通气障碍患者60例作为研究对象,利用简单随机法划分为对照组和观察组,每组患者30例,对照组实施常规对症治疗,观察组在此基础上给予异丙托溴铵治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗后肺功能情况、呼吸情况。结果治疗前两组患者FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF组间比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后两组患者上述指标明显提升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者mMRC、SGRQ评分组间比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组mMRC、SGRQ评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在支气管扩张伴阻塞性通气障碍患者治疗中,异丙托溴铵可有效改善患者肺功能,改善血气分析,推荐推广。Objective To investigate the value of ipratropium bromide in the treatment of patients with bronchiectasis and obstructive dysfunction. Methods From January 2011 to January 2018, 60 patients with bronchiectasis obstructive dysfunction admitted to our hospital were randomly selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by simple random method, 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine symptomatic treatment. The observation group was given ipratropium bromide on the basis of this, and the lung function and respiration of the two groups were observed. Results There was no significant difference in the FEV1, FEV1/FVC and PEF groups between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the above indexes were significantly improved in the two groups, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the mMRC and SGRQ scores. After treatment, the mMRC and SGRQ scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Ipratropium bromide can effectively improve lung function and improve blood gas analysis in patients with bronchiectasis and obstructive dysfunction.
