温馨提示小条对体外受精-胚胎移植成功率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨温馨提示小条对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)妊娠率的影响。方法选择2016年1月至2016年6月在本院生殖中心接受IVF-ET的患者1 210例,随机分为提供温馨提示小条组和对照组,温馨提示小条组651例,对照组559例,比较两组妊娠结局。结果两组患者年龄、不孕年限、FSH基础值、LH基础值、体质量指数、文化程度、GN总天数、平均移植胚胎数、移植胚胎评分等比较差异均无统计学意义。但是温馨提示小条组临床妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05),流产率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论温馨提示小条对提高IVF-ET的成功率有重要影响。Objective To investigate the effect of warm tips on pregnancy rate of in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET). Methods From January 2016 to June 2016 year in 1 210 patients with IVF-ET in Reproductive Medicine Center of our hospital, were randomly divided into providing warm tip group and control group, 651 cases of warm tip group, 559 cases of control group, compared two groups of pregnancy outcome. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in age, duration of infertility, FSH basis, LH basis, body mass index(BMI), degree of education, total number of days, average number of embryos transferred, and the scores of embryo transferred. However, the clinical pregnancy rate was higher in the warm tip group than in the control group(P<0.05), and the rate of abortion was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm tips has an important impact to improve the success rate of IVF-ET.
