摘 要:为了挖掘优质的种质资源,从香菇发源地浙江龙泉凤阳山采集分离到7株野生香菇(Lentinus edodes)菌株,ITS序列分析鉴定确定为香菇菌株,并且7株野生香菇之间具有遗传差异性。在菌株的特性和出菇试验中,菌株YS1的菌丝生长最快,菌株YS7的木质素酶活性和纤维素酶活性都相对较高,菌株YS2的抗木霉能力强,菌株YS5出菇耐低温,以上菌株可以用于进一步研究、开发、驯化,以培育出优质的香菇栽培菌种。In order to excavate high quality germplasm resources, 7 wild Lentinus edodes were isolated from Fengyang Mountain, Longquan, Zhejiang province. The strains were identified by ITS sequence analysis and genetic differences were found among 7 wild L. edodes. In the test of strain characteristics and the fruiting, the mycelial growth of strain YS1 was the fastest, the enzyme activity of the lignin and cellulase of strain YS7 were relatively high, the resistance of strain YS2 to Trichoderma spp. was stronger, the strain YS5 was resistant to low temperature. It showed that these strains can be used for further reseach, development and domestication to cultivate high quality L. edodes culture strains.
