社会阶层固化之势下我国参与型政治文化建设

摘　　要：社会阶层固化作为我国当前引发社会普遍关注的热点问题,具体表现为跨阶层的社会流动受阻。长此以往会造成社会公平的缺席、社会活力丧失以及社会矛盾冲突频发。这种严峻之势给我国参与型政治文化建设带来多方面的消极影响。作为一种先进的政治文化,参与型政治文化具有自身独特性,应当善于发挥参与型政治文化对阶层固化的积极改善作用,同时采取多方位科学合理的措施来消解阶层固化,促进社会阶层的合理流动,增强民众参与的积极主动性,为我国参与型政治文化建设提供健康向上的社会环境。Social stratum solidification,as a hot issue that has aroused widespread social concern in China,is manifested in the obstruction of cross-stratum social mobility.In the long run,this will result in the absence of social justice,loss of social vitality and frequent social conflicts.This grim situation has brought many negative influences on the construction of participatory political culture in China.As an advanced political culture,participatory political culture has its own uniqueness,so it should be good at giving play to the positive improvement effect of participatory political culture on class solidification.At the same time,it is necessary to take various scientific and reasonable measures to eliminate the solidification of social stratum,promote the rational flow of social stratum,enhance the active initiative of public participation,and provide a healthy and progressive social environment for the construction of participatory political culture in China.
