摘 要:膜生物流化床(membrane biological fluidizedbed,MBFB)是将传统生物流化床与膜生物反应器(membrane bioreactor,MBR)有机结合的产物。试验采用MBFB处理城市污水,考察了系统微环境与运行条件对MBFB微生物特性的影响。结果表明:MBFB中载体上生物膜生长良好,系统中附着生物浓度和悬浮生物浓度分别占总生物浓度的60%和40%;系统运行期间污泥沉降性较好,污泥体积指数(sludge volume index,SVI)稳定在80mL/g左右;载体投加量为10%、曝气强度为47.7L/(m^2·h)时,能有效减少MBFB中悬浮生物量所占比例,维持系统性能优势;MBFB中附着相微生物活性明显高于悬浮污泥,系统中胞外聚合物(extracellular polymeric substances,EPS)积累到一定程度时,两相微生物的脱氢酶活性随EPS增加而明显下降,但附着相微生物的抗抑制能力相对较强,其脱氢酶活性下降程度明显小于悬浮相微生物。Membrane biological fluidized bed (MBFB) is a technology combining membrane bioreactor (MBR) and conventional biological fluidized bed for municipal sewage treatment. MBFB was applied to treat municipal sewage and the influence of microenvironment and operating conditions on microbiological characteristics of MBFB was investigated. Results indicated that the biofilm in MBFB system was well-grown, among which concentrations of attaching and suspending organism in the system accounted for 60% and 40%, respectively. The sludge settling performance was good with SVI value stabling in about 80 mL/g during the process. The proportion of suspended biomass reduced effectively to gain favorable performance in MBFB system when the dosage of rubber granules was 10% and the aeration intensity was 47.7 L/(m^2 ·h). Microbial activity of attached biomass was significantly higher than suspended sludge in MBFB system. When EPS accumulation occured, dehydrogenase activity of both attaching and suspending biomass significantly decreased with the increase of EPS, while the attached microbial inhibition resistance got stronger, dehydrogenase activity decline degree was less than the suspended microbes.
