医用三氧自血疗法对痛风缓解期血尿酸水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究医用三氧自血疗法对痛风缓解期血尿酸水平的影响。方法选取60例痛风缓解期患者,随机分为观察组及对照组各30例,观察组予以医用三氧自血疗法治疗,对照组予以别嘌呤醇/苯溴马隆治疗,疗程8周。检测2组患者治疗前后血尿酸、肝肾功能,统计2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果与治疗前比较,2组治疗8周后肝功能(ALT、AST)、肾功能(BUN、Cr)均明显改善(P均<0.05);且治疗8周后观察组肝肾功能相关指标水平均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组患者治疗4周、8周后血尿酸水平均较治疗前显著降低(P均<0.05),但治疗后2组血尿酸水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗8周后观察组总有效率为80.00%,高于对照组的76.67%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医用三氧自血疗法治疗痛风性关节炎缓解期患者,既能明显降低血尿酸、保肝肾降酶,又无明显不良反应,值得在临床推广应用。Objective It is to study the effect of medical three-oxygen self-blood therapy on blood uric acid level during during remission stage of gout. Methods Sixty patients with gout in remission stage were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with medical three-oxygen self-blood therapy, and the control group was treated with allopurin/benbromarone. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The changes of blood uric acid, liver and kidney function was detected before and after treatment, the clinical curative effect was assessed and the occurrence of side effect was recorded in the two groups. Results Compared with that before treatment, liver function and renal function(ALT, AST, BUN, Cr) were all significantly improved in the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group and the control group the indicators of liver and kidney function such as the levels of ALT, AST, BUN and Cr in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The level of blood uric acid in the two groups was significantly lower after treatment for 4, 8 weeks than those before treatment(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in blood uric acid level between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the efficacy rate was 80.00% in the observation group which was higher than that 76.67% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Medical three-oxygen self-therapy can reduce uric acid, protect liver and kidney and reduce enzymes, and has no side effects of drugs in the treatment of for the treatment of gouty arthritis in remission stage. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
