孟鲁司特钠联合玉屏风颗粒治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究孟鲁司特钠联合玉屏风颗粒治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果,为小儿支气管哮喘的中西医结合治疗提供参考。方法:本研究纳入对象为2015年12月至2017年12月于我院治疗的95例小儿支气管哮喘患者,对照组50例给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组45例在对照组治疗基础上联合玉屏风颗粒治疗,连续治疗4周后评价临床疗效,比较两组患儿治疗前后中医症状积分、体液及细胞免疫指标、肺功能,记录治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为88.89%,高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05);两组治疗后喘息、咳嗽、咽痒、胸闷、肺部体征、夜间憋醒、舌苔、舌质、脉象等中医症状积分均显著降低,且治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平显著降低,CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、IgG、IgM显著升高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后FEV1、FVC、FEV1%、PEF均显著改善,且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿支气管哮喘采用孟鲁司特钠联合玉屏风颗粒治疗能显著提高肺功能,改善机体免疫功能,提升临床疗效。Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of montelukast sodium combined with Yupingfeng granules in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma, so as to provide reference for the treatment of pediatric bronchial asthma with combination treatment of Chinese and western medicine. Methods: A total of 95 children with bronchial asthma admitted into our hospital from Dec. 2015 to Dec. 2017 were extracted as the research objects. The control group (n=50) was treated with montelukast sodium, while the observation group (n=45) received Yupingfeng granules on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after 4 weeks of continuous treatment. TCM symptom scores, humoral and cellular immune parameters and lung function were compared before and after treatment, and adverse drug reactions during the treatment process were recorded. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.89%, significantly higher than that of the control group 78.00%(P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM symptom scores of wheezing, coughing, pharyngeal itching, chest tightness, lung signs, nocturnal awakening, tongue fur, tongue texture and pulse condition in both groups were significantly reduced, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of immunoglobulin E (IgE) were significantly decreased in two groups, and the levels of CD3^+, CD4^+, CD4^+/CD8^+, IgG and IgM were significantly increased in two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC and PEF were significantly improved after treatment in both groups, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between two groups (P>0.05).
