摘  要:为提高水泥回转窑用耐火材料的挂窑皮性能,延长使用寿命。以高纯镁砂、电熔铁铝尖晶石和硅灰为主要原料,六偏磷酸钠为结合剂,研究了电熔铁铝尖晶石的加入量(质量分数分别为6%、8%、10%和12%)对镁铁铝尖晶石浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:随着电熔铁铝尖晶石加入量的增加,试样的常温耐压强度和体积密度先增大后减小,在加入量为10%(w)时,试样的耐压强度和体积密度最大。经过高温热处理后,电熔铁铝尖晶石中的Fe^(2+)和方镁石中Mg^(2+)发生离子交换反应形成的环状裂纹,对镁铝铁浇注料结构的柔韧性有良好的促进作用;同时Fe^(2+)向镁砂中扩散,提高了试样的挂窑皮性能。综合各项性能,电熔铁铝尖晶石加入量为10%(w)时,镁铝铁浇注料的体积密度和常温耐压强度最大,挂窑皮性能也最优。This work aims at improving the coating adhesion performance and prolonging the service life of refractories for cement rotary kilns.Magnesia-hercynite castables were prepared using high purity magnesia,fused hercynite and silica fume as starting materials and sodium hexametaphosphate as the binder to investigate the effects of fused hercynite addition(6%,8%,10%,and 12%,by mass)on the properties of magnesia-hercynite castables.The results show that as the increasing addition of fused hercynite,the cold crushing strength and the bulk density of the specimens first increase and then decrease;they reach the highest at 10%fused hercynite;after hot treatment,Fe^2+in hercynite exchanges with Mg^2+in periclase forming annular cracks,which promotes the flexibility of the magnesia-hercynite castables;meanwhile,Fe^2+diffuses to magnesia,enhancing the coating adhesion performance of the specimen.Generally,with the optimal fused hercynite addition of 10%,the magnesia-hercynite castables achieve the highest cold crushing strength and the bulk density as well as the best coating adhesion performance.
