摘 要:为解决大尺寸铬刚玉砖在烧成过程中出现的黑芯和裂纹现象,测试了等静压成型的大尺寸铬刚玉砖坯高温状态下的性能指标,利用ANSYS软件对(300~500) mm×(150~600) mm×(75~400) mm的五种尺寸铬刚玉砖坯进行建模,计算了500、1 000、1 500℃三个温度点下坯体内部的温度场和应力场分布情况,以分析导致坯体烧成过程中开裂和黑芯的原因:坯体内外部温差过大,中心区烧成时间不足,导致大尺寸砖坯烧成过程中的黑芯现象;大尺寸坯体内应力较高,引起烧成内裂。根据建模结果及实际生产情况认为:在砖坯烧成过程中,砖坯内部温差控制在20℃以下,砖坯内外可到达相同的烧结状态;砖坯应力差应控制在4 MPa以下,可减少砖坯的开裂。In order to solve the black core and crack of large size chrome corundum brick during firing,the properties at high temperatures of large size chrome corundum brick billet formed by isostatic pressing were tested.Chrome corundum bricks with five different dimensions((300-500)mm×(150-600)mm×(75-400)mm)were modelled using ANSYS software.The temperature field and stress field distribution inside the bricks were calculated at 500,1 000,and 1 500℃,respectively in order to analyze the causes of cracking and black core during the sintering process.The results are the internal and external temperature difference of the brick is too large,the firing in the central area is insufficient,which lead to the black core in the firing process of large size brick billet;the internal stress of large size billet is high,leading to internal cracking.According to the results of modeling and actual production,it is considered that the internal temperature difference of the brick should be below 20℃,the internal and external can reach the same sintering state;and the stress difference of brick shall be controlled below 4 MPa,the cracking can be reduced.
