摘　　要：介绍姚晶莹教授应用养阴清肺汤加减治疗具有阴虚内热证候的一类特殊儿科疾病——小儿交叉擦腿综合征的辨证论治思路。姚教授认为其病机主要为肺肾阴虚,治疗以滋阴润肺法为主。并附典型案例一则,以资验证。In this paper,professor yao jingying applied yangyin qingfei tang to treat a special type of pediatric diseases with Yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome syndrome of cross-rubbing legs in children.Professor yao thinks its pathogenesis is mainly Yin deficiency of lung and kidney,and the treatment is mainly Yin nourishing lung.A typical case 1 is attached for verification.
