大鱼际掌纹特应征与肺间质纤维化相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨大鱼际掌纹特应征与肺间质纤维化的相关性。方法:以110例肺间质纤维化患者作为观察组;并按1∶1匹配年龄、性别相同的对照组,统计两组人群的大鱼际掌纹形态分级、年龄、病程等相关数据,并进行数据分析。结果:通过条件Logistic回归分析,提示大鱼际掌纹特应征与肺间质纤维化有相关性(P<0.01),肺间质纤维化患者存在大鱼际掌纹特应征阳性现象;关联性分析表明,大鱼际掌纹形态与肺间质纤维化患者的年龄、病程无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:大鱼际掌纹形态是终生不变的,与患者的年龄、病程无相关性。肺间质纤维化患者的大鱼际掌纹形态呈现阳性现象,大鱼际掌纹特应征可能是肺间质纤维化患者的外在体征。Objective:To discuss the correlation of the atopic traits of thenar palmprint and pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.Methods:110 patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis were selected as subjects.The control subjects were selected according to 1:1 matching age and sex,the atopic traits of thenar palmprint,age.disease course,and other data of the two groups were collected and analyzed.Results:The results of condition Logistic regression analysis showed that the atopic trait of thenar palmprint is related to pulmonary interstitial fibrosis(P<C0.01),and patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis have a positive phenomenon of atopic traits of thenar palmprint.The correlation analysis showed that there was uncorrelated between the classification atopic traits of thenar palmprint,age and course of disease in patients with pulm on ary interstitial fibrosis(P>0.05).Conclusion:The shape of thenar palmprint is constant all over the life,and has no correlation with the age and course of disease of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis patients.Pulm on ary fibrosis patients show a positive phenomenon of the nar palmprint,the atopic trait of the nar palmprint may be the external signs of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.
