手法整脊配合电针对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎生理曲度变化的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨手法整脊配合电针对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎生理曲度变化的影响。方法:将111例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予电针治疗,观察组患者给予手法整脊联合电针治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、腰椎功能及腰椎生理曲度变化情况。结果:经过治疗,观察组患者总有效率、JOA评分、腰椎生理曲度均优于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手法整脊联合电针可缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者腰腿疼痛、麻木等症状,恢复腰椎生理曲度,改善腰椎功能,效果显著。Objective:To investigate the effects of chiropractic combined with electroacupuncture on the changes of lumbar vertebral curvature in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 111 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received electroacupuncture treatment.The observation group was treated with manual chiropractic combined with electroacupuncture to compare the efficacy and lumbar function of the two groups.And changes in lumbar physiologic curvature.Results:The total effective rate,JOA score and lumbar vertebral curvature were higher in the observation group than in the control group.The VAS score was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Manipulative chiropractic combined with electroacupuncture can alleviate the symptoms of lumbar and leg pain and numbness in patients with lumbar disc herniation.It can also restore lumbar vertebral curvature and improve lumbar function.The effect is significant and worthy of clinical recommendation.
