我院中药注射剂使用情况统计与分析

摘　　要：目的:了解某医院中药注射剂的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:随机抽取2016年某月住院药房医嘱5 086条,并从中选取使用中药注射剂的医嘱,根据《中华人民共和国药典》二部、《处方管理办法》、《中药注射剂临床使用基本原则》、药品说明书对中药注射剂使用情况进行统计分析。结果:2016年某月某医院中药注射剂的使用率为38.7%,其中使用率较高的中药注射剂分别为丹红注射液、注射用血栓通、参麦注射液。科室使用情况中骨科使用率为32%,综合内科使用率为15%,神经内外科使用率为14%。联合用药情况二联用药占比68.3%,三联用药占比5.9%,四联及四联以上用药占比为3.1%。结论:某医院中药注射剂使用情况基本合理,但仍存在不合理的问题,需进一步加强中药注射剂的管理和培训,提高中药注射剂的合理用药,保证患者用药安全。Objective:To study the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in Our Hospital,that provides reference for rational use in clinic.Methods:5086 medication orders of inpatients in a month of 2016 were extracted randomly in our hospital,and medication orders of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections were selected,that was analysed according to the second part of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,Implementation of Prescription Administrative Policy,the clinical use of basic TCM injections principles and reference drug instruction.Results:The use rate of traditional Chinese medicine injections was 38.7%,the higher rates of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections were Danhong Injection,Xue Shuan Tong injection and Shenmai injection.The use rate of traditional Chinese medicine injections in orthopedics department was 32%,the use rate of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the internal medicine department was 15%,the use rate of traditional Chinese medicine injections in Neurology Department was 14%.The rate of combination of two drugs was 68.3%.the rate of combination of three drugs was 5.9%,the rate of combination of four drugs was 3.1%.Conclusion:The use of Traditional Chinese medicine injections was reasonable in our hospital,but there were some problems of irrational use.The management and training were strengthened,the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections was improved,the medication safety of inpatient was assured.
