摘　　要：目的调查简阳市50岁及以上常住人口白内障患病情况,为制订防治策略提供科学依据。方法 2013-01/2017-12对简阳市50岁及以上常住人口进行白内障筛查。结果共筛查20 860人,其中7 460人被诊断患有白内障(患病率35.76%),白内障患病人群年龄70岁者白内障患病率较其他年龄段明显高(χ~2=530.20,P均小于0.001),学历为小学者白内障患病率较中学、中专以上者明显高(χ~2=487.34,P均小于0.001);白内障盲人手术覆盖率为43.40%,白内障盲人社会负担率为1.96%。结论简阳市区70岁和学历低者白内障患病风险高,白内障盲人手术覆盖率较低且白内障盲人社会负担率仍较高。Objective To investigate the prevalence of cataract in permanent population aged 50 and over in Jianyang City, and provide a scientific basis for control and prevention strategies. Methods Cataract screening was conducted in permanent residents aged 50 and over in Jianyang City from January 2013 to December 2017. Results There were 20 860 people screened, and 7,460 of them were diagnosed with cataract (35.76%), the prevalence rate of cataract was significantly higher in cataract patients aged 70 and older than that in other ages(X^2 = 530.20, P<0.001), the prevalence rate of cataract patients whose educational level was primary school was significantly higher than those whose educational level was middle school and technical secondary school or above (X^2 = 487.34, P<0.001). The surgical coverage rate of cataract-blindness was 43.40%, and the social burden rate of cataract-blindness was 1.96%. Conclusion The risk of cataract in people aged 70 or older and having low school education in Jianyang is high, the surgical coverage rate of cataractblindness is rather low, and the social burden rate of cataract-blindness remains rather high.
