幼儿消毒洗手顺序及场所消毒对手足口病防控效果分析

摘　　要：目的探索手足口病预防控制方法及其效果。方法在广西幼儿入园或就餐前对手采取先消毒再洗手,同时对幼儿园场所设施和医院场所每天消毒1次;抽查田阳县和田东县的2014-05-01/10和2016-05-01/10曾住过县级医院出院人数和出院后30 d内患手足口病病例数进行对比、对2014、2016年百色市手足口病发病、广西全区手足口病例数进行对比分析新措施的效果。结果田阳县幼儿园手足口病发病率从2014年的10.76%降至2016年的3.77%,田东县幼儿园从2014年的9.87%降至2016年的4.95%;曾经因别的疾病并住过县级医院出院人数中30 d内手足口病发病率田阳县从2014年的1.76%降至2016年的0.97%、田东县从2014年的3.44%降至2016年的0.96%;百色市手足口病2016年比2014年下降37.69%。广西手足口病2016年比2014年下降15.19%。结论对幼儿园儿童采取手先消毒再洗手入园和用餐以及实施幼儿园和医院公共场所每天消毒1次是防控手足口病的有效措施之一。Objective To find a way to prevent and control hand- fdot-mouth disease and its effect. Methods The kindergarten children received hand disinfection before washing when they entering the kindergarten in the morning and before their meals in the kindergarten, and the disinfection was conducted in the public areas of kindergarten and hospital once a day. Results The incidence of hand- foot-mouth disease decreased from 10.76% in 2014 to 3.77% in 2016 in Tianyang County' s kindergarten and from 9.87% in 2014 to 4.95% in 2016 in Tiandong County' s kindergarten, respectively. The incidence of hand-foot-mouth disease within 30 days among the number of discharged patients who had been admitted to county- level hospitals due to other diseases decreased from 1.76% in 2014 to 0.97% in 2016 in Tianyang County and from 1.76% in 2014 to 0.97% in 2016 Tiandong County, respectively. The number of hand-foot-mouth disease cases in Baise City dropped 37.69% in 2016 compared with that in 2014. The cases of hand-foot-mouth disease of the whole Guangxi dropped 15.19% in 2016 compared with that in 2014. Conclusion Hand disinfection before washing in kindergarten children when they enter the kindergarten in the morning and before having their meals and the disinfection in the public areas of kindergarten and county level hospitals once a day is an effective way to prevent and control the hand-fbot-mouth disease.
