摘　　要：目的调查阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患儿主要照护者负担水平并探讨其影响因素。方法对96例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患儿的主要照护者应用一般资料调查表、CBI照护者负荷量表进行调查。结果大多数照护者存在着中等水平的照护负荷;照护者的年龄、经济收入、自身健康状况、疾病严重程度及照护时间是照护者负荷的主要影响因素,各变量共解释的总变异度为67.41%。结论阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患儿主要照护者的心理负荷处于中等水平,医护人员应针对影响因素为主要照护者制定有效的干预措施,减轻主要照护者的心理负荷水平。Objective To study the burden level and its influencing factors for primary caregivers in children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, and to provide reference for the development of measures to reduce the load of primary caregivers. Methods The main caregivers of 96 children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were investigated with general information questionnaire and CBI caregiver load scale. Results Most caregivers have a moderate level of care load, and the caregiver's age, economic income, self-health, disease severity, and care time are the main factors affecting the caregiver's load. The total variance explained by each variable is 67.41%. Conclusion The primary caregiver's psychological load is moderate in children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. The medical staff should develop effective intervention measures for the main caregivers to reduce the psychological load level of the primary caregivers.
