摘　　要：目的将哺乳期乳腺炎非药物管理的最佳证据应用于临床实践。方法采用JBI临床证据实践应用系统(PACES),结合最佳证据和临床情景分析,形成"提升哺乳期乳腺炎患者非药物管理的最佳循证实践方案",在门诊进行为期6个月的质量审查与流程再造。结果经过2轮审查,所有审查指标的达标率均显著上升(P<0.05);专业人员哺乳期乳腺炎相关知识得分显著上升(P<0.05);哺乳期乳腺炎患者愈合时间显著缩短(P<0.05);持续母乳喂养率显著提高(P<0.05)。结论通过基于循证的质量改进项目,可帮助哺乳期乳腺炎患者采用非药物管理的方法进行自我管理,缩短哺乳期乳腺炎患者的临床愈合时间,提升持续母乳喂养率。Objective To implement the best evidence in the non-drug treatment of the mastitis of the lactation women and promote the continuous practice in breastfeeding practice. Method Using JBI-PACES program, combining the best evidence and clinical scenario analysis, the " Best evidence-based practice plan for raising mastitis patients with non-drug management" was formed. A six-month quality review and process reengineering was conducted in the outpatient department. Result After 2 rounds of review, the compliance rate of all review indicators increased significantly (P<0.05);Mastitis related knowledge scores was increased significantly( P <0.05);Healing time was significantly reduced ( P <0.05);and sustained breastfeeding rates increased significantly( P <0.05). Conclusion Through evidence-based quality improvement programs, breast-feeding mastitis patients can be self-administered using non-drug management methods, shorten the clinical healing time, and increase the rate of continuous breast-feeding.
