摘　　要：倾倒综合征是食管、胃及减肥手术后常见的并发症。本文介绍胃贲门癌术后8年因反复严重低血糖就诊的迟发性倾倒综合征1例,对患者予以阿卡波糖治疗后血糖控制稳定;随访2年,未再出现过乏力、心慌等低血糖反应。本研究旨在探讨迟发性倾倒综合征的诊断、治疗方法等,以提高对该疾病的认识。Dumping syndrome is a common complication after esophageal, gastric and bariatric surgery. This paper introduces a case of late dumping syndrome due to repeated severe hypoglycemia after 8 years of treatment for gastric cardia cancer surgery. After treatment with acarbose, the blood glucose was stable. After follow-up for 2 years, no hypoglycemic reactions such as fatigue and palpitation occurred again. The purpose of this study was to explore the diagnosis and treatment of late dumping syndrome in order to improve the understanding of the disease.
