摘  要:研究了碳酸氢盐碱度对刚毛藻生长和脱氮除磷能力的影响。结果表明,刚毛藻对一定浓度的碳酸氢盐碱度有耐受性。初始碱度为11.7 mmol/L有利于刚毛藻生长,实验开始后的第7天,TP、TN、NH_4^+最高去除率分别为35%、81%、55%。刚毛藻对CO_3^(2-)有一定利用能力。在高碳酸氢盐碱度环境中,刚毛藻相对于水华蓝藻更具竞争优势。The influences of bicarbonate alkalinity on the growth of Cladophora and the removing capability of N and P have been investigated.The results show that Cladophora has tolerance to bicarbonate alkalinity with a certain con-centration.The suitable condition for the growth of Cladophora is when the initial alkalinity is 11.7 mmol/L.In addition,on the 7th day since the experiments got started,the highest removing rates of TP,TN and NH4+are 35%,81%and 55%,respectively.Cladophora has a certain ability to utilize CO32-.Cladophora may have higher competitive superiority in an environment with high bicarbonate alkalinity,compared with bloom-forming cyanobacteria.
