摘　　要：咸阳县政府对建立国民兵团表现了较高的积极性,该县国民兵团的组训取得了一定成效,在抗战征兵方面发挥了一定作用。但由于制度本身存在的缺陷及国民党政府的腐败,咸阳县国民兵团建立后并没有发挥预期的作用,壮丁不愿应征、难以完成征兵任务的情况长期存在。The Xianyang County Government had shown a high enthusiasm for the establishment of the National Army Corps. Blessed with this, the militant training achieved evident progress, thus making specific contribution to the conscription for the Anti-Japanese War. However, the insufficiency of the system and the corruption of the Kuomintang government plunged its role as was expected a failure as the recruitment had always been tough due to the negative stand on conscription from able-bodied men.
