摘　　要：目的对某肿瘤专科医院2017年411例药物不良反应进行分析,探讨其发生规律,为临床安全与合理用药提供依据。方法收集某院2017年1～12月上报国家不良反应监测中心的411例药物不良反应报告分别从上报人职业、不良反应的分类、患者性别、年龄、可疑药品的类别、累及器官或系统及临床表现、给药途径等方面进行统计分析。结果 411例不良反应报告中男性有163例占39.66%,女性有248例占60.34%。51～60年龄段不良反应发生率最高122例(29.68%),抗肿瘤药物导致的不良反应发生率最高(59.12%);第二位为免疫调节剂(7.79%),第三位为营养药(7.3%);骨髓造血系统是ADR最常见累及的系统(38.69%),其次是皮肤及其附件(17.52%),第三位是消化系统(11.68%)。结论临床用药应密切关注51～60岁年龄段人群的抗肿瘤药和营养药物的合理使用与用药安全,以减少或避免ADR的发生,加强对医护人员ADR专业知识培训,提高ADR上报率及上报质量。Objective To investigate and analyze the characteristics of 411 ADR cases in a 3A Cancer Hospital at 2017, and provide references for safe use of antineoplastic drugs clinically. Methods 411 ADR cases reported were analyzed restrospectively according to the profession of the reporter,classification of ADR,patient,s sex and age,pharmacological classification,organ systems involved in ADR and its clinical manifestations ,Results There were 163 male cases (39.62 %)and 248 females cases(60.38 %).Most of adverse reactions occurred in age of 51-60 year old which accounted for 29.68 %(122 cases).The anti-cancer drugs caused the highest proportion of ADR (59.12 %),follow by immunomodulatory drugs(7.79%),the third was the parenteral nutrition drugs (7.30 %).The major systems involved the bone marrow system(38.69%), followed by the skin and its accessories(17.52%) and the alimentary system(11.68%). Conclusions Greater attention should be paid to the rational use and safety of anti-cancer and parenteral nutrition drugs in patients of 51-60 year old in order to reducetional use and safety of antineoplastic and nutritional drugs should be paid close attention to in the course of clinical administration in order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR . We should strengthen the professiona knowledge training of ADR in medical staff and increase the reported rate of ADR and quality.
