摘　　要：推动绿色建筑由单体向区域化发展,是促进我国新型城镇化发展的重要抓手,落实生态文明理念与绿色低碳发展的重要途径,创建绿色生态城区的重要举措。以广州南沙明珠湾起步区城市建设发展为典型案例阐述绿色建筑区域化发展的探索路径及实践成果,并总结展望了绿色建筑高端化、品质化、精细化发展趋势,为我国城镇化发展提供借鉴经验。Promoting the development of green buildings from monomer to regionalization is an important grasp to accelerate the development of the new-style urbanization, significant way to implement the concept of ecological civilization and green and low-carbon development, and crucial measure to create the green ecological city. This paper was elaborated the exploration path and practical results of the regional development of green buildings from the city development in starting areas of MingZhu Bay, GuangZhou, and summarized the high-end, quality and refinement of green building development tendency of green buildings. It was provided reference experience for the new-style urbanization development.
