摘　　要：随着学习型社会的建设,社区教育在整个国家教育体系中越来越受到重视。相对于社区教育的快速发展,社区教育管理则还相对较滞后。通过问卷调查和访谈对常州市社区教育管理情况进行了调研,分析了常州市社区教育管理的基本特征和面临困境,在多中心社会治理和终身教育等理论的指导下,提出了完善常州市社区教育管理的可行性路径。With the development of a learning society,community education has received more and more attention in the entire national education system.Compared with the rapid development of community education,the development of community education management is relatively backward.Through questionnaires and interviews,an investigation of community education in Changzhou was conducted by analyzing the basic characteristics and difficulties of community education management in Changzhou and some countermeasures were proposed for improving and perfecting the community education management in Changzhou on the basis of the theories of multi-centered social governance and lifelong education.
