摘  要:采用浸渍法对β分子筛进行金属Ce改性,通过直接合成法制备了Ce-β/SBA-15复合分子筛。采用XRD、NH_3-TPD、Py-FTIR、TG-DTA和N_2吸附-脱附等方法对分子筛结构进行表征,并将其用于催化苯酚叔丁醇烷基化反应,考察了Ce-β的加入量对催化性能的影响。结果表明,当Ce-β的加入量为40%时,复合分子筛的催化效果较好,苯酚转化率为45.6%,4-叔丁基苯酚选择性为59.6%。The impregnation method was used to modify beta molecular sieve with metal Ce,and Ce-beta/SBA-15 composite molecular sieve was prepared by direct synthesis.The structure of zeolites was characterized by XRD,NH3-TPD,Py-FTIR,TG-DTA and N2 adsorption desorption.It was used to catalyze the alkylation of phenol with tert butyl alcohol,and the influence of the amount of Ce-beta on the catalytic performance was investigated.The results show that when the amount of Ce-beta is 40%,the catalytic activity of the composite molecular sieve is the best,the conversion of phenol is45.6%,the selectivity of 4-tert butylphenol is 59.6%.
