社会资本引导下的新兴产业技术扩散网络形成机理与实证研究

摘　　要：当前,新一轮科技革命和产业变革与我国加快转变经济发展方式形成历史性交汇。在社会资本引导下所形成的技术扩散网络,成为创新主体之间进行合作交流的平台,为新兴产业实现其市场价值提供了发展渠道与路径。本文基于社会资本理论,分析了新兴产业技术扩散网络的形成机理,构建了基于关系资本、结构资本以及认知资本对新兴技术扩散网络形成的作用模型。利用纵向网络模型,对全球引用率最高的93家企业2001-2015年人工智能产业自然语言处理技术的扩散情况进行了实证研究。结果表明:企业关系资本和认知资本对新兴技术扩散网络的形成具有部分正影响;结构资本中的双边式传递对技术扩散网络的形成产生负影响;新兴产业的技术扩散网络由"规模互补—合作"导向逐渐演化为"研发互补—竞争"导向。The current round of technological revolution and industrial transformation has formed a historic convergence with China’s accelerated transformation of the mode of economic development. The technology diffusion network formed under the guidance of social capital has become a platform for cooperation and exchange among the innovators. Based on the theory of social capital, this paper analyzes the mechanism of formation of the technology diffusion network of emerging industries, and construct a model based on relationship capital, structural capital, and cognitive capital to describe the formation of the emerging technology diffusion network. Using exponential random graph models, the diffusion of Natural Language Processing technology in the artificial intelligence industry for the 93 enterprises in the world is empirically studied for the period 2001-2015. The results show that the relationship capital and cognitive capital have some positive effects on the formation of the emerging technology diffusion network. Bilateral transmission has a negative impact on the formation of the technology diffusion network. The technological diffusion network of the emerging industries evolved from "‘scale-complementary’-cooperation" to "‘R&D-complementary’-competition".
