现代大学制度的两重属性及其中国境遇

摘　　要：现代大学制度具有技术性和价值性两重属性。现代大学制度的两重属性既对立又统一。在功利主义、政治论高等教育哲学和效率主义教育管理观的长期主导与引领下,目前我国现代大学制度的两重属性呈现严重分裂、对立,给高等教育改革实践带来了诸多负面影响。完善和发展新时代中国特色现代大学制度,需要彰显价值属性,弘扬现代大学制度的精神;重构技术属性,增进现代大学制度的科学化;平衡技术属性和价值属性,不断推进新时代中国特色现代大学制度建设。The modern university system has the value property and technology property. The dual properties are opposite and unified. Under the guidance of utilitarianism and politics-based higher education philosophy, the dual properties are disrupt and opposite. It has imposed much adverse influence on the reform and practice of higher education in China. In order to perfect and develop the modern university system with Chinese characteristics, the value property needs to be given prominence and spirit needs to be promoted;the technology property needs to be restructured to make the modern university system scientific;the technology property and value property need to be balanced to continuously advance the modern university system with Chinese characteristics.
