摘  要:对螺栓连接蜂窝梁和传统焊接连接蜂窝梁孔间腹板屈曲性能进行了有限元分析,研究了不同连接方式对蜂窝梁孔间腹板的屈曲模式和屈曲承载力的影响。蜂窝梁上、下两部分的连接方式包括焊接、螺栓搭接连接、借助单侧拼接板对接和借助双侧拼接板对接等。结果表明,在相同截面尺寸、相同孔径的情况下,螺栓连接蜂窝梁具有与传统焊接蜂窝梁相同的受力性能;除借助单侧拼接板对接的蜂窝梁发生孔间腹板局部压屈与费氏剪力塑性铰耦合破坏外,其它连接方式的蜂窝梁均发生孔间腹板屈曲破坏;不同的连接方式对蜂窝梁的屈曲承载力影响较小,但对其跨中挠度影响较大。This paper presents a finite element study on the web-post buckling performance of bolted castellated steel beam and welded castellated steel beam.Differences in the behavior and the shear buckling strength of a web-post in the bolted castellated steel beam and welded castellated steel beam are presented.The upper part and the lower part of a castellated steel beam can be connected using welded connection,lapped bolt connection,a single splice plate bolt connection,or double splice plates bolt connection.The analysis results show the bolted castellated steel beam has the same structural performance as traditional welded castellated steel beam in the case of the same section size and hole diameter.Apart from the castellated steel beam with a single splice plate bolt connection that failed in the combination of web-post buckling and development of plastic hinges at perforated section.The failure mode of castellated steel beam using other connection types is the web-post shear buckling.Different connection types have a little effect on web-post shear buckling strength,while they have larger effects on vertical deflection of beams.
