摘 要:《钢板剪力墙技术规程》规定:应采用相应的构造和施工措施来实现钢板剪力墙不承受竖向荷载的计算假定,当钢板剪力墙承受竖向荷载时,其内嵌钢板抗侧承载力会有所折减,鉴于此,提出一种在内嵌钢板的顶部和底部开设圆弧切口的钢板剪力墙。利用有限元软件ABAQUS对钢板剪力墙进行静力荷载作用下的数值模拟,研究开设圆弧切口的构造措施对减弱竖向荷载对内嵌钢板抗侧承载力不利影响的效果,通过分析该构造措施引起的内嵌钢板抗侧承载力折减率,确定弧长和弧高的最优取值范围。结果表明:在内嵌钢板上开设圆弧切口的构造措施能有效减弱竖向荷载对内嵌钢板抗侧承载力的不利影响;圆弧切口越大,竖向荷载对内嵌钢板的抗侧承载力的影响越小。建议弧长取内嵌钢板跨度的1/3~1/4,弧高取100~150mm。研究成果可为钢板剪力墙在实际工程中的应用提供理论基础。Technical Specification for Steel Plate Shear Walls specifies that steel plate shear walls don’t bear vertical load.Structural and construction measures should be used to make the stress characteristics of steel plate shear walls conform to this calculation hypothesis.If steel plate shear walls bear vertical load,the lateral bearing capacity of the embedded steel plate will be reduced.Based on this hypothesis,a new type of steel plate shear wall with circular-arc openings at embedded steel plate’s top and bottom is presented in this paper.In the finite element software ABAQUS,steel plate shear walls under static load is simulated.Vertical load has an adverse influence on the lateral bearing capacity of the embedded steel plate.The effect of weakening this adverse influence for embedded steel plate which has circular-arc openings is studied.The circular-arc openings on the embedded steel plate reduce the lateral bearing capacity of embedded steel plate.By analyzing the reduction rate of the lateral bearing capacity of embedded steel plate,the optimal range of arc length and arc height is determined.The results show that circular-arc openings can effectively reduce the adverse influence of vertical load on the lateral bearing capacity of embedded steel plate.Larger circular-arc openings lead less impact on the vertical load on the lateral bearing capacity of embedded steel plate.This paper suggests the best range of arc-length is 1/3~1/4 of the span of steel plate,arc-height is 100~150 mm.The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the application of steel plate shear walls in practical design and constructions.
