摘  要:介绍了CTS络合铁液相脱硫技术的应用背景及工艺选择。详细阐述了尾气提标项目改造方案、CTS工艺原理及流程。详细分析应用过程中遇到的问题并提出相应对策:停工吹硫过程中稳定燃料气当量燃烧的同时在炉头酸性气管线处通入大量氮气,增加过程气流量抑制催化剂床层温度;延长吹硫时间,在可控程序内尽量清除催化剂床层残余硫,同时避免尾气超标排放;在正常操作过程中CTS单元循环溶液采用大循环液流量控制方案避免反应器填料层堵塞。逐步探索出实际可行的解决办法。CTS单元投用前尾气中SO_2排放值200 mg/m^3,投用后尾气中SO_2排放量均低于设计值(70 mg/m^3)。通过实践操作,硫磺回收联合装置尾气中SO_2排放值优于改造前,完全能够满足《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31570—2015)大气污染物的排放要求(SO_2排放质量浓度低于100 mg/m^3)。The application background and process selection of desulfurization process of complex iron liquid oxidation(CTS)are introduced.The revamping plan of tail gas upgrading project,the principle and process of CTS technology are expounded in detail.The problems encountered in the application process are analyzed in detail.During the shutdown of sulfur blowing,a large amount of nitrogen is blowed into the sour gas pipeline of the furnace while stabilizing the fuel gas equivalent combustion.Catalyst bed temperature is controlled by increasing process gas flow.The time of sulfur blowing is extended,the residual sulfur in catalyst bed is removed to the full in controllable program,and excessive emission of tail gas is avoided.The circulating solution of CTS unit adopts large flow control scheme to avoid blockage of reactor packing layer.Practical and feasible solutions can be explored gradually.The SO2 emission value of tail gas is 200 mg/m^3 and 70 mg/m^3 respectively before and after adoption of the CTS unit.The SO2 emission reduction value in tail gas of sulfur recovery unit is higher than that before the revamping,meeting the requirements of GB 31570-2015(SO2 below 100 mg/m^3).
