国家留学基金委对西部高等教育的政策支持与启示

摘　　要：公派出国留学政策是国家为加快高层次人才培养及适应高等教育国际化的出台的重要举措。国家留学基金委自成立以来积极响应国家号召,全面筹划西部高校教师出国留学政策。通过解析"西部地区人才培养特别项目"相关文件,可以发现,国家留学基金委在出国留学工作中具有全面考察对口国家、精心挑选匹配专业、合理安排学习内容的特点,进而就西部高校如何应对高等教育国际化进程提出几点建议。The policy of government sponsored study abroad is a key measure to speed up the training of high-level talents and adapt to the internationalization of higher education. Since its establishment, China Scholarship Council has responded positively to the state’s call to fully plan its policy of supporting teachers in western part of China to study abroad. By analyzing the relevant documents of Special Project on Talent Training in Western China, the paper sums up the characteristics of China Scholarship Council’s policy, such as carefully selecting matching countries and majors, as well as reasonably arranging the learning contents. The paper also puts forward some suggestions on how to deal with the internationalization of higher education in colleges and universities in western China.
