摘　　要：针对监控指挥系统跨GIS平台需解决的问题,提出并设计了跨GIS平台监控指挥系统框架;基于XML技术,提出并详细设计了跨GIS平台的请求代理ComGISXML;构建了GIS服务管理器,为基于不同GIS平台开发的功能组件提供统一透明的调用接口;定义并实现GIS功能组件的开发接口RequestInterface,为GIS功能组件开发提供统一的标准;构建了空间数据中间件,实现对异构数据的操作;开发了跨GIS平台测绘导航分队监控指挥系统,验证了跨GIS平台监控指挥系统的有效性。Aiming at the problems that the monitoring and command system is needed to solve across the GIS platform, the framework of the monitoring and command system across the GIS platform is proposed and designed in this paper. The request agent ComGISXML across GIS platform is proposed and designed in detail based on XML technology. The GIS service manager is implemented, which provides a unified and transparent call interface for the functional component developed based on different GIS platforms. The GIS functional component development interface RequestInterface is defined and implemented, which provides a unified standard for GIS functional component development. The spatial data middleware is constructed for the operation of heterogeneous data. A monitoring and command system for the cross-GIS platform mapping navigation unit is developed to verify the effectiveness of the monitoring and commanding system across GIS platforms.
