摘 要:以某城市纯电动公交车为基础,提出以双电机章动耦合传动装置取代原样车的单电机、固定减速比结构,通过分析双电机章动耦合传动系在两种工作模式下的传动比,并对此动力传动系统进行参数匹配。结果表明:在相同齿数下,章动耦合传动装置计算得到的传动比较固定速比减速器的高,驱动电机的额定转矩和转速小于样机结构,理论上可以提高整车的经济性。On the basis of a city’s pure electric bus,in order to satisfy the economy and power performance of the bus,the structure of dual-motor nutation coupling transmission is proposed to replace the original prototype with single motor and fixed speed ratio.The transmission ratio of the nutation coupling drive system with two motors under two working modes is analyzed.The parameters of the drive system are matched.The results show that the drive ratio calculated by nutation coupling device is higher than that of fixed speed reducer,and the rated torque and rotational speed of driving motor are less than that of the prototype structure under the same number of teeth.
