关于推进纺织印染行业清洁生产的几点思考

摘　　要："十二五"以来,环保部将纺织印染行业纳入环境重点监控行业之一,印染行业的环保问题得到了社会的极大关注。文章分析了印染行业清洁技术的开发、推广、监督管理等方面存在的问题,从宣传、法规、标准、监管、奖惩措施等方面提出了切实可行的建议。Since the 12th Five- Year Plan, the Ministry of Environmental Protection has brought the textile printing and dyeing industry into one of the key environmental monitoring industries. The environmental protection of the printing and dyeing industry has attracted great attention of the society. This paper analyzed the problems existing in the development, promotion and supervision of clean technology in printing and dyeing industry, and put forward practical suggestions from the aspects of propaganda, regulations, standards, supervision, rewards and punishments.
