摘　　要：以涤纶针织织物分散染料染色工艺为应用案例,介绍了计算机测配色系统在精准配方染色工艺中的运用,其流程包括基础色样的制作、基础色样数据库的建立和检验以及应用基础色样数据库进行配色和修正。生产实践表明,计算机测配色系统在涤纶针织物染色工艺的确定过程中,一次修色成功率为80%,二次修色成功率为100%,基本保证了精准配方染色工艺实施过程中快速和准确的要求。Taking the polyester fabric dyeing process as an application case, the application process of the computer color match system in the precise formula dyeing process was described. The process includes the production of basic color samples, the establishment and inspection of basic color sample database and the application of basic color sample database for color matching and correction. The production practice shows that the primary color repairing success rate is 80% and the secondary color repairing success rate is 100% in the determining dyeing process of knitted polyester fabrics, which basically guarantees the fast and accurate requirements in the implementing the precise formula dyeing process.
