摘 要:筛选菌种Acinetobacter gerneri CLX-6降解苯胺印染废水,考察培养温度、培养pH、装液量对苯胺降解率的影响,确定单因素培养条件:培养温度30℃、培养pH=7.0、装液量150 mL,苯胺的降解率高达92.19%。然后利用数学软件SAS系统,通过中心响应面分析法中的旋转中心组合设计法优化了苯胺降解条件,最佳培养条件为培养温度33℃、培养pH=6.0,装液量为180 mL,苯胺降解率可达96.7%。菌种CLX-6对印染废水的应用研究表明,将其用于处理苯胺印染废水前景可观。Through screening strains Acinetobacter gerneri CLX-6 for the degradation of aniline printing and dyeing wastewater, the effects of temperature, pH values and liquid filling quantity on the degradation rate of aniline, the optimum culture conditions are investigated. The condition is that the temperature is 30 ℃, pH=7.0 and liquid filling quantity is 150 mL, which contributes to the highest degradation rate of aniline (92.19%). With the Statistical Aanalysis Ssystem (SAS) software, the aniline degradation conditions have been optimized through one of the Center Response Surface Analysis, namely, rotating center combinatorial design. The optimum condition is that the culture temperature is 33 ℃, pH=6.0 and liquid filling quantity is 180 mL, which exhibits an aniline degradation rate of 96.7%. This study indicates that CLX-6 has a promising application in degrading aniline printing and dyeing wastewater.
