摘 要:凝结水过冷会影响机组的安全和经济运行。双背压凝汽器采用不同的凝结水处置策略将产生不同的过冷度,机组经济性差异明显。通过对双背压凝汽器不同的凝结水处理方案进行分析计算,提出了利用末级低压加热器正常疏水加热凝结水降低过冷度的方法,并对回热装置进行了详细设计。实践证明,该方法的应用可使凝结水过冷度降低1~2℃,使双背压凝汽器凝结水在平均背压下的过冷度降低至0℃以下,产生了较大的经济效益,具有在工程上推广应用的重要价值。The subcooled degree of the condensate will affect the safety and economy of the unit. Different condensate treatment schemes for dual-pressure condenser will produce different subcooled degrees, which will lead to the obvious difference in unit economic performance. Through the calculation and analysis of different condensate treatment schemes for dual-pressure condenser, a method to reduce the subcooled degree by using the last stage LP (low-pressure) heater to heat up condensate is put forward, and the heating device is designed in detail. Practice has proved that the application of this method can reduce the condensate subcooled degree by 1 to 2℃, and the condensate subcooled degree under average pressure of dual-pressure condenser will be less than 0℃. Therefore, the method produces great economic benefits and is of great value in engineering applications.
