手术室护理对急诊异位妊娠手术患者心理的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护理对急诊异位妊娠手术患者心理的影响。方法选取我院于2017年4月~2018年9月期间收治的急诊异位妊娠患者82例作为研究对象,采用随机分组,一组采用常规护理(对照组),一组采用手术室护理(实验组),对比两组患者护理前后心理状态以及护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,实验组患者心理状态改善情况明显较优,实验组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊异位妊娠手术患者采用手术室护理,能够有效改善患者不良心理状态,提高患者护理满意度,值得广泛应。Objective To explore the effect of operation room nursing on patients with ectopic pregnancy in emergency.Methods 82 patients with emergency ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:one group was given routine nursing (control group) and the other group was given operation room nursing (experimental group). The psychological status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results Compared with the control group,the psychological state of the experimental group improved significantly better, and the satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Emergency ectopic pregnancy surgery in patients with operating room nursing, can effectively improve the patient's bad mental state, improve patient satisfaction with nursing, it is worth a wide range of responses.
