温馨助产护理对产妇分娩及产后出血的影响观察

摘　　要：目的探讨温馨助产护理措施应用于产妇,对其分娩及产后出血的影响效果。方法选取特定时段内在我院进行分娩的产妇60例,依据助产方式的差异将其以一定的比例分为两组,给予常规助产措施的为对照组,实施温馨助产护理干预的为观察组,对比分娩方式和产程、新生儿娩出情况、新生儿Apgar评分、产后并发症发生率。结果观察组产妇顺产率为93.3%,总产程用时均短于对照组,产后住院天数为(5.47±1.52)d、产后出血量为(74.63±8.41)ml,新生儿窒息发生率0.0%;Apgar评分高达(9.05±0.12)分(P<0.05)。结论对分娩产妇的护理中给予温馨助产护理干预效果显著,值得推广。Objective To discuss the effect of using warm midwifery nursing for delivery and postpartum hemorihage.Methods Choosed 60 puerpera to divide into study group and controlled group. The controlled group were treated with routine nursing, the study group were treated with warm midwifery nursing.Compared the delivery mode, newborn Apgar scores, incidence of complications.Results The rate of spontaneous labor of study group was 93.3%,stage of labor shorter than controlled group. The Apgar scores was(9.05±0.12)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of using warm midwifery nursing for delivery and postpartum hemorihage is effective to extend in clinic.
