摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合症(PCOS)是困扰女性不孕的一个较为常见的内分泌、代谢紊乱疾病,具体发病机制目前尚不明确。许多研究表明,肥胖可引起月经异常、稀发排卵、胰岛素抵抗、妊娠结局不良等后果,但具体机制尚不清楚。PCOS肥胖患者较正常体重患者不孕率更高。因此,本文结合体重指数(BMI)与PCOS的最新研究进行综述,以期探讨二者关系及其可能发病机制,为PCOS的临床诊治提供新的思路。Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine and metabolic disease that influences female infertility.The specific pathogenesis is unclear.Many studies have shown that obesity can cause abnormal menstruation,thinning ovulation,insulin resistance, and poor outcome of pregnancy,but the specific mechanism is unclear.PCOS obese patients had higher infertility rate than normal weight patients.Therefore,this article reviews the latest research on body mass index (BMI) and PCOS in order to explore the relationship between the two and its possible pathogenesis to provide a new way of thinking for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.
