摘 要:以AC-20混合料为研究对象,研究了不同沥青膜厚度对AC-20混合料物理力学特性的影响,以高温、低温性能、水稳定性和疲劳性能最优为原则,推荐AC-20混合料最佳沥青膜厚度建议值。结果表明:随着沥青膜厚度的增加,混合料的动稳定度、抗剪强度、低温弯拉应变和疲劳寿命均表现为先增加后降低趋势,而弯拉强度、残留稳定度和残留强度比呈现逐渐增大趋势,且增加趋势逐渐变缓;推荐沥青膜最佳厚度为4. 4μm~4. 7μm,以高温性能为主时,选择下限4. 4μm,以低温性能、水稳定性及疲劳性能为主时,选择上限4. 7μm。This paper studies the influence of different asphalt film thickness on the physical and mechanical properties of AC-20 mixture. The optimum asphalt film thickness is recommended based on the optimum high temperature, low temperature performance, water stability and fatigue performance. The results show that the dynamic stability, shear strength, low temperature bending strain and fatigue life of asphalt mixture increase first and then decrease with the increase of asphalt film thickness, while the bending tensile strength, residual stability and residual strength ratio increase gradually, but the increasing trend gradually slows down. So the best thickness of asphalt film is 4.4 μm ~ 4.7 μm. The upper limit of asphalt film thickness is 4.7 μm when it is characterized by high temperature, the lower limit of asphalt film thickness is 4.4 μm, and the lower limit of asphalt film thickness is 4.7 μm when it is characterized by low temperature performance, water stability and fatigue performance.
