摘  要:重庆市某污水厂处理规模为40×10~4m^3/d,原采用以A-A^2/O为主体的二级处理工艺,进水污染物浓度常年偏高于一般城市生活污水,现状生物池池容小、用地受限,TN、TP、SS的去除是提标改造的关键。提标改造工程采用原工艺,但对生物池进行扩容,并增设高效沉淀池和均质石英砂滤料滤池深度处理工艺。设计中充分利用生物池旁的绿化带和道路用地对生物池进行扩容,并增加搅拌器,设置缺氧好氧转换区,灵活调节缺氧区停留时间,在二级处理单元保证TN的去除;增设深度处理工艺,有效去除TP和SS。通过设置转换井,实现不停产改造。建成运行以来,运行状况良好,出水水质稳定达到一级A排放标准。wastewater treatment plant in Chongqing City had a treatment capacity of 40×10^4m^3/d, and the original secondary treatment process was A - A^2/O. The concentration of influent pollutants was higher than that of ordinary municipal wastewater. The current situation of the biological tank had limited volume and land occupied. The removal of TN, TP and SS was the key problems to the upgrading and reconstruction project. In the upgrading project, besides the original treatment process, the capacity of bio-tank was expanded, and advanced treatment technology including high-efficiency sedimentation tank and homogeneous quartz sand filter was added. The upgrading project made full use of the land occupied by green belt and road to expand the volume of biological tanks, and added stirrers, set the anoxic-aerobic conversion zone, flexibly adjusted the HRT of the anoxic zone to ensure removal of TN in the secondary treatment stage. Furthermore, advanced treatment technology was added to effectively remove TP and SS. By setting up the conversion well, the wastewater treatment plant could be reconstructed without stopping operation. Since the completion of the reconstruction , the performance of the wastewater treatment plant was well, and the effluent water quality could reach the first class A level standard.
