摘 要:LC型集成式一体化净水装置(处理规模为1×10~4m^3/d)用于高虹水厂扩能改造,装置投入运行后,有效解决了高峰应急供水问题。在厂区用电量只增长9. 4%的情况下,供水量同比增长了44. 7%,增产水量每千吨水电耗仅为9. 2 kW·h;对比原混凝土水厂设施,反冲洗水耗下降了86%、电耗下降了60. 7%;制水成本平均值(含原水费)为0. 38元/m^3,低于原土建净水工程的成本(0. 408元/m^3)。The LC-type integrated water purification plant with the capacity of 1×10^4m^3/d was applied in the expansion and reconstmction of Gaohong Waterworks. After the device was put into operation, the water supply increased by 44. 7% year-on-year while the power consumption of the plant increased by only 9. 4%. The electricity consumption per kiloton of increased water was only 9. 2 kW ? h. Compared with the original concrete waterworks facilities, the backwash water consumption decreased by 86% and the power consumption decreased by 60. 7%. The average production cost including raw water fee was 0. 38 yuan/m3, which was less than 0. 408 yuan/m3 of the original waterworks.
