摘 要:磁液双悬浮轴承采用液体静压与电磁悬浮的双重支承形式,在大幅度提高承载能力及刚度的同时,也使得其稳定性的影响因素较多,易诱发其支承系统运行不稳定。然而稳定性又是磁液双悬浮轴承结构设计及性能分析的前提及基础,因此本文拟对磁液双悬浮轴承单自由度支承系统进行稳定性分析及校正。首先,本文介绍了磁液双悬浮轴承的结构特点、支承调节机理。接着,基于力学平衡方程、电磁方程及流量方程,推导了轴承单自由度支承系统的传递函数,并对其支承稳定性进行了分析。研究表明:轴承单自由度支承系统存在右端极点是系统本质不稳定的主要原因。最后,采用根轨迹法与频率法对单自由度支承系统进行了稳定性校正,并利用Matlab软件对校正后的单自由度支承系统进行了检验。结果表明:校正后的支承系统稳定性得到了大幅度提升及具有良好动态品质。本文所做研究能够为磁液双悬浮轴承系统的结构设计及性能分析提供理论参考。Magnetic-Liquid Double Suspension Bearing(MLDSB)uses double support form-hydrostatic pressure support and electromagnetic Suspension.While its support capacity and stiffness can be improved sharply,the operation stability of MLDSB can be impacted by some factors which affect the stability of its support system operation.The operation stability of single DOF support system of MLDSB is analyzed and corrected in this paper.Firstly,this paper introduces the structural features and support adjustment mechanism.Secondly,based on force balance equation,electromagnetic equation and flow equation,the transfer function of single DOF support system of MLDSB is deduced,and its support stability is analyzed.The research shows that the existence of the right pole of the single DOF support system is the main reason for instability of the system.Finally,the stability of single DOF support system is corrected using the root locus method and the frequency method and tested by Matlab software.We show that the operation stability and the dynamic quality of the corrected support system is improved greatly.The research in this paper can provide the theoretical reference for the structure design and performance analysis of MLDSB.
