摘 要:油棕是世界上产油效率最高的作物之一。目前平均产量4.17 t/hm^2,潜在产量12~18 t/hm^2。授粉是油棕果实产量形成的基础,也是制种的重要步骤。为了充分发挥油棕的产量潜力,培育出高产优质新品种,对油棕授粉生物学的研究至关重要。本文综述与油棕授粉生物学相关的花粉活力、柱头可授性、花粉贮藏性、花粉萌发相关基因研究等进展,并对进一步研究方向进行了展望,为提高油棕的产量和培育新品种提供理论基础。Oil palm is one of the crops with the highest oil production efficiency in the world,and it currently yields 4.17 t / ha with a potential yield of 12-18 t/ha. Pollination is the basis for yield formation of oil palm fruit and an important step of seed production. Pollination biology of oil palm is essential to give full play to the potential of oil palm yield and to develop new varieties with high yield and excellent quality. The advances and prospects in researches of pollen vigor,stigma acceptability,pollen storage and pollen germination related genes that are concerned with pollination biology of oil palm were reviewed. This review provides the theoretical basis for increasing the yield and breeding new varieties of oil palm.
