基于Ansoft Maxwell的鼠笼型三相异步电机有限元分析

摘　　要：鼠笼型异步电机是三相异步电机的一种,结构简单、坚固耐用、运行效率高、价格低廉,在日常生活、工业生产、石油矿石开采、港口码头等众多领域得到广泛应用。以鼠笼型三相异步电机为模型,运用Ansoft Maxwell软件搭建仿真模型,进行网格剖分、赋予材料与激励源等设置,求解并分析模型在静稳态以及瞬态不同时刻的磁场分布,为电机的设计与优化提供参考依据。Squirrel cage asynchronous motor is a kind of three-phase asynchronous motor. It has simple structure, durability, high efficiency and low price. It has been widely used in many fields such as daily life, industrial production, petroleum ore mining, port and wharf. Taking squirrel cage three-phase asynchronous motor as model, Ansoft Maxwell software was used to build simulation model, mesh generation, material assignment and excitation source settings were carried out, and the magnetic field distribution of the model at static and steady state and different instantaneous time was solved and analyzed, which provided reference for the design and optimization of the motor.
