摘 要:目的探讨黄芩苷协同大黄素、薄荷醇对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法采用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法测定黄芩苷、大黄素、薄荷醇及其联合用药在处理SGC-7901细胞24 h后的生长抑制率。结果不同浓度(20、40、80、160、320μmol/L)的黄芩苷均可显著抑制胃癌细胞SGC-7901增殖,在浓度为320μmol/L时抑制率最高。黄芩苷、大黄素、薄荷醇对SGC-7901细胞的半数抑制浓度(IC_(50))分别为179.30、148.38、323.23μmol/L。结论黄芩苷对胃癌细胞增殖有显著的抑制作用。黄芩苷与大黄素联合用药后对胃癌细胞增值抑制率大于黄芩苷和薄荷醇联合用药作用后的抑制率。Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of baicalin combined with emodin and menthol on the proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells. Methods MTT assay was used to detect the growth inhibition rate of baicalin, emodin, menthol and their combination on SGC-7901 cell after 24 hours treatment. Results Different concentration of baicalin (20, 40, 80, 160, 320 μmol/L) could significantly inhibit the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells,the inhibition rate was the highest when the concentration was 320 mol/L. The IC50 of baicalin, emodin and menthol were 179.30, 148.38 and 323.23 μmol/L, respectively. Conclusion Baicalin can significantly inhibit the proliferation of gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells. The inhibition rate of the combination of baicalin and emodin on SGC-7901 cells was higher than that of the combination of baicalin and menthol.
