摘 要:为了探讨不同红景天提取物添加量对高原缺氧条件下肉鸡血浆内皮素水平、心室内皮素-1( ET-1)及其受体mRNA表达水平的影响,将450只1日龄健康AA肉仔鸡随机分为5组,分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加质量分数为0、0.1%、0.15%、0.2%和0.4%红景天水提物干粉的试验日粮,进行为期42 d的饲养试验。结果表明,与对照组相比,在第28和42天时, 0.2%和0.4%红景天组肉鸡血清ET-1水平、左右心室中 ET-1的mRNA表达量显著降低,右心室ER_AR的mRNA表达量显著升高; 42 d心脏指数显著降低。在第28和42天,0.2%和0.4%红景天组肉鸡血清ET-1水平和右心室ET_AR的mRNA表达量显著高于0.1%和0.15%红景天组,而右心指数和 ET-1 mRNA表达量显著低于0.1%和0.15%红景天组。说明饲喂红景天提取物能够改善高原缺氧条件下肉鸡肺动脉高压综合症,但存在计量依懒性。This study was designed to determine the effects of Rhodiola extracts on endothelin-1( ET-1) production and the expression of ET-1 and its receptors.450 1-day-old healthy broilers were randomly allocated into five experimental treatments for 42 days.The five treatments were fed with a basal diet supplemented with 0, 0.1%, 0.15%, 0.2%and 0.4% dry Rhodiola extract powder, respectively.The results showed that compared to the control group supplementation of 0.2%and 0.4%Rhodiola extracts significantly decreased ET-1 concentration in serum, relative amounts of ET-1 mRNA in the left and right ventricles at day 28 and 42 and the cardiac indices index at day 42, increased the relative amounts of ET_AR in right ventricles at day 28 and 42.The ET-1 and ET_AR mRNA level in 0.2% and 0.4% Rhodiola extract group were significantly higher than 0.1%and 0.15%Rhodiola extract group.The right ventricle index and ET-1 mRNA level was significantly lower than 0.2% and 0.4% Rhodiola extract group at day 28 and 42.In conclusion, these results demonstrated that feeding Rhodiola extract could improve the hypoxia induced pulmonary hypertension in broiler in a dose-dependent manner.
