整体保护视角下西安市“八水”遗产廊道保护与开发

摘　　要：古代西安水资源丰富、河流密布,形成了独特的"水网","八水"见证了古城西安历史与文化的变迁。近年来,由于经济的快速增长和城市化的迅速发展等诸多因素的影响,"八水绕长安"的盛景不复存在。应借鉴成功经验,以全国水生态文明城市建设试点为契机,坚持整体保护与开发利用相结合的原则,把沿廊道分布的一些文化遗产连接起来,并在此基础上对遗产廊道进行旅游开发。在传承西安丰富灿烂的历史文化、改善大西安水环境的同时,带动旅游业的发展,有力地促进西安市产业结构优化升级。打造特色城市文化品牌,提高城市影响力和吸引力,促进西安经济的发展。In ancient Xi'an,with the water source being rich and the water network being densely covered,its unique water system witnessed the historical and cultural changes.But in recent years,the view of "Eight Rivers"around the Chang'an has disappeared with the influence of multiple factors of the rapid economic development and developmental urbanization process.Learning from the successful experience,it takes the pilot project of National Water Ecological Civilization City Construction as an opportunity by adhering to the principle of integral protection with development and exploitation,with the cultural heritages distributed along the corridor connected.On this basis,tourism development in heritage corridor is to be carried out.In the course of improving the water environment of Xi'an,inheriting and showing the rich history and culture in Xi'an,it will promote the development of tourism,effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in Xi'an.While inheriting the rich and splendid history and culture of Xi'an and improving the water environment of Greater Xi'an,it will promote the development of tourism and effectively promotes the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure in Xi'an.Creating a distinctive city cultural brand will enhance the influence of cities and promote economic development in Xi'an.
